This place defrauded me. They said they were offering me an "on-site primary care physician." Although I liked the doctor, it turns out she was NOT a primary care physician. Cascadia actually ruled over her medical practice, and she refused to prescribe antidepressants, which I have been taking for thirty years, because Cascadia has a nurse who controls what gets prescribed. If you want Cascadia to have absolute control over your relationship with your doctor, and what your doctor is allowed to prescribe, you will love it here. The doctor is very nice and she seems to be a good doctor, ethics aside. Cascadia wants to have absolute control over your relationship with your doctor, but of course, it is for your own good. They are so much smarter than you are, and they only usurp your rights because they know better than you. You can be controlled by people smarter than you. Doesn't that sound great? To clarify, I have been taking Paxil, or its generic, for thirty years. If I go two weeks without it, I start getting suicidal. That was what I wanted from my so-called primary care physician, and what was eventually prescribed by the nurse upstairs. It was NOT a medication issue, but purely a control issue. I was FORCED to go see that controlling nurse for my medical care, because you can't find a new PCP and get an a appointment within a couple of days. Figuring I might be dead if didn't get my antidepressants on a timely basis, I was literally forced to see a nurse in whom I had no confidence and whom I was strongly opposed to seeing. Because Cascadia means Control. On the flip side, I liked and respected the therapist I saw, so not everyone in the building is evil.

Wonderful wholistic health clinic. They offer very inclusive mental/behavioral health care. They use a universal positive regard sort of attitude everywhere. They are now adding primary care.
This place is awsome lots of help from lots of real nice people 🙂
Cascadia offers so much support! I have been involved with Cascadia for many years & have had so many good experiences it is impossible to even list them all. The clinic at Woodland Park has supported me through numerous situations that I know would not have turned out well if I hadn't had the professionals at this clinic to help support me through them! From the front desk staff, to the counselors, nurse practitioners & all of the staff, it is obvious that they truly care! Today I called & was able to talk to the clinician of the day, Sherish, who was completely understanding of the complicated situation that I was in. She took action & contacted Carrie (I am not sure how she spells her name, but she is the nurse at this office). Carrie resolved the entire situation quickly! She called me, explained what she was able to do to resolve the situation , listened to my concerns and was completely professional and helped renew my confidence in the fact that there are health care providers who actually care! Honestly, the counseling & other services I have received from this clinic have been the best I have received from any clinic I have received services from in the past!
Very helpful treat with respect
They have taken care of me well for 20+ years
Offering community support such as counseling and low cost health care.
I was treated with empathy, respect and genuine care. Helped me through a crisis I was having. Very informative, very thorough. Thank you for the positve experience in a rough time in my life.
I attended group classes here in 2013 to fulfill my DUII court appointed D&A program, and I was pleased with the facilitators, counselors, and the attendees. Most people in attendance here seem to want to be here, and that's what I seek when I feel I'm in need of help, others who are on the same boat. But regardless, I highly recommend scheduling a tour and visit with a counselor before attending any rehabilitation program.
